As a parent of two young children as well as over a quarter of a century working with children and their parents in the early years field, I have a lot of first hand experience of dealing with germs and illness associated with young children.

Doctors and scientists continue their battle against childhood ailments and are under pressure to deliver advice and remedies for children who become unwell.

We felt during Germ Buddies product development stage that there was a large gap in products and education that put a focus on informing young children about all the types of germs they could encounter, how they can harm us and how to stay safe, without becoming obsessed with the organisms we share our world with.  Its a fine balance between educating with a purpose and alarming children so it has to be done in a fun and indirect way for children to gain this knowledge through playful experiences and fun techniques.

Germ Buddies was born from a desire to fill that gap by providing not just high quality hygiene, personal care and well being products, specifically for children, but to help to provide an educational forum with which to begin to deliver helpful and very important messages in an interactive and fun way.

I hope that you will come to love the Germ Buddies, and feel that our products are associated with positive germ prevention messages and a genuine desire to help children stay safe and well.  

We are delighted to introduce some brand new to the market products that are specifically aimed at children, staying clean and being independent.  We have lots more products in the pipeline and we hope we can spread as quickly as those naughty germs do!

Pop in to the children's pages where you can find activity sheets, and an increasing range of things to do and learn.  We encourage you to use the reinforcing messages from our fun characters in order to help your children to learn and stay clean and healthy. Our Germ Buddies, Prof Stan Sanitary, Andrewbacteria, Angiebiotic, and Hallie Hygienius will help guide your children towards interesting facts about germs that help them understand more about the world they live in and what can help and harm them.
